Licensing is flat and annual, scoped to your infrastructure: no per-seat fees, no usage metering, no quote sequence. A cluster is not a unit of measure; we tailor the offer to what you actually run. You get the number on the first call, and it does not change after. The LLM tokens are your own provider relationship, at your provider’s rates: we never see or mark up that spend.

The pilot

Four weeks, in your cluster, with exit ramps.

  • Week 1: one Helm install brings up the governed loop; Virgil starts building the map of your estate, as plain data you own.
  • Weeks 2–3: shadow mode through real incidents, the first signed fixes, your runbooks drafted and edited by your team.
  • Week 4 and on: routines switched on one at a time, each backed by its own record.
