The Live Break
We break a cluster. You watch the loop close.
25 minutes, live, no slides: rotelle breaks a real cluster in front of you, and you watch the loop close: investigation, brief, signature, audit line. Then your questions, on anything.
What you leave with
A pilot scoped to your infrastructure: ten weeks in your own cluster, a checkpoint at week four, and direct support from the team while you run it, the people who built it, not a ticket queue. The number is fixed on the first call and does not move after.
Pricing
Flat, annual, scoped to your infrastructure.
Licensing is flat and annual, scoped to your infrastructure: no per-seat fees, no usage metering, no quote sequence. A cluster is not a unit of measure; we tailor the offer to what you actually run. You get the number on the first call, and it does not change after. The LLM tokens are your own provider relationship, at your provider’s rates: we never see or mark up that spend.
The pilot
Ten weeks, in your cluster, scoped to your infrastructure.
- Weeks 1–2: one Helm install in staging and one in production bring up the governed loop; Virgil starts building the map of your estate, as plain data you own.
- Weeks 3–4: the three scenarios we agree on the first call run end to end with your security lead in the room: alert, investigation, brief, signature, record. Week four is the checkpoint: either side can stop there.
- Weeks 5–10: real incidents, signed fixes, your runbooks drafted and edited by your team, with a weekly session and a direct channel to the engineers who built it.
- Week 10: the end-of-pilot report and the audit-trail extract, yours to keep.
The number is set on the first call, once we know your infrastructure, and it does not move after. The map, the runbooks, and the record are yours and leave with you.
